    I love it!

What was the total for the knife and the Damascus blade?

Also, can you share a link as well?

Just got the 804 today. Might pick up another one since they are discontinued. Need to pick up another 452CF also. I have a little bit of a thing for ZT's and carbon fiber.

    Update:
Got the sword, watched a bunch of YouTube videos to compare quality in its price range.

This sword, for the price is pretty nice, no play in the fixtures, came well packed, beautiful aged bronze fittings and nice fake hammon.

The blade could be about 20% sharper before I was completely happy but for the price I will have saved enough to pay for a professional polish and sharpening.

In the future I'm going to look for an authentic folded steel blade and use these fittings and get a different scabbard, which is nice looking but not authentic.

The balance and overall feel is great.

Looking for a cool bedside katana with 1080 steel and a sharp enough edge? This is a solid choice.

    [/B]QUOTE=Hammertime;20508132]Not a knife but I'll post it.
    Arriving Friday.
I had 140 in my PayPal account and figured why not get a new blade. Thought about what to get for a few days and decided on a sword. I used to have an actual katana with WWII officer dressings but sold it to fund a wedding.
Heard good reviews about that company and I will give an honest review when it arrives but stoked to have a "functional" sword again!

Well I can't make out the signature so I can't tell what kind of "beater" that is. You'll have to spill the beans.

I like a choil on some knives too but prefer it when the choil starts in the handle (such as on the Blackheart Gunner-12) instead of entirely on the blade. That Infi Dog Soldier is still definitely a pretty sweet knife in my opinion and I'd consider picking one up (desert bronze on black would look killer) if I didn't have all my disposable income tied up in a DDM4V7 SLW at the moment.
Gotcha, yeah that's like the Mil Regulator style choil. Definitely comfortable but looks weird compared to a traditional choil like on the Parkerized Regulators, Ratweilers, etc... On that INIFI Dog it eats up 1/4" cutting edge.

Yeah if anything I'll sell a few. Not looking to buy any myself.

I just thought about it. Maybe the knife is choiless unless you choose the snag free choil for $18. Worth asking about or you could probably look on Blade Forums. In that case, the pics might just be of the version with choil.

I actually prefer a choil on most. I wish my FFG American Regulator had one.

Yeah this one has something for $18 called the snagless custom choil... whatever that is. One of the pics looks like it might be a choil similar to the Military Regulators.

Busse / SYKCO INFI DOG Soldier 6.25" blade is live now, and they also are offering the $250 and $500 grab bags again. Grab bags are usually pretty awesome and you can easily sell items you don't want.

Busse produces the strongest knives in the world. Unchallenged for more than 30 years. Cutting more than 2,770 pieces of 1” hemp rope without resharpening

I hope this doesn't violate any cross forum posting rules, fut for the knife nuts here, you might want to check out The Gathering 2017, other wise known as GIV:

I've been to all eight previous Gatherings and if you have any inclination towards Tac folders or fixed blades and can get away Labor Day Weekend and show up, you'll find it an awesome time!

Lots of cool knives, plenty of flashlights and a bunch of other stuffs.

If you're coming, PM me with cell info and lets arrange to get a beer. I'll buy!
