Trade black commercial ACS for mil-spec?

I have a black Magpul ACS stock that I suspect is commercial. I put the caliper to it and got an ID measurement of 1.175" - I'm pretty sure that's puts it in commercial territory. I'm looking to trade for a mil-spec model.
Item is in 90% condition. No buffer/spring/etc included, just the stock itself.

Unfortunately, I'm in Houston, so I can't meet FTF, but for someone with a decent reputation, I'll ship first. Let me know, I'm sure we can work something out.

You mean to just sell it outright? I really just want to end up with a black mil-spec version, so i'd accept an amount where i could basically turn around and buy a used mil-spec one.
