Cross dressing AMD-65
I bought this kit with the intentions of building a fun little pistol, but once I received the kit I decided I wanted to build another rifle instead. I seem to always flip flop on what I want to build until it hits my door step. 
Having shot almost every variant of AK's due to my time in the Army, I some how never had a chance to shoot or even handled an AMD, so I was thrilled to have a kit on my door step when I got home from work. After fiddling with the kit for about 10 minutes I realized the stock and the handguard/pistol grips where not for me. So I decided to take some extra parts and build something unique.
*Matching AMD65 kit, chrome line 12.5 barrel brought out to 16.1 with a CNCWarrior Tantal muzzle brake.
*TWS Dog Rail with Aimpoint Low Rise 30mm ring and Vortex Strikefire.
*Modified AMD gas tube.
*Modified Selector lever.
*Modified Polish Beryl handguard.
*K-Var Upper HG and Warsaw butt stock.
*Texas AK Trigger
*Munkeeboi pistol grip with kydex wrap.
*Park'ed then Duracoated.
Pretty happy on this one turned out and thought I'd share.
