Yes. Knock out the pins, relocate FSB, re-drill pin holes to regular or oversized, put pins in. (hint: pins can be made from cheap drill bit shanks or "drill rods" you buy at a tool store).

DO NOT try to "fix" it until you know if it is really broken! First, go shoot it and see if it is zeroed with the canted sight. You might be surprised and find that it is canted for a reason. It doesn't take much twisting of the front site to throw your shots 10' off @ 50 yards. Livesinthedirt just completed two virgin barrel builds and discovered this while test firing before he pinned his FSBs on.

When re-drilling the grooves in the barrel with the FSB in place it's real easy for the bit to wander so I drill from both sides. I stop before the hole is wallowed out and drive the shank of a cheap drill bit in. If it's nice and tight I break the bit off and Dremel it flush. Hopefully the FSB hasn't spun back to the original position.

One can also use an end mill to drill the hole.

Rubber mallet can work. I did that to my first WASR...Should work.

Bending the front sight base? Or do WASRs just have pressed on FSB with no pins?

I found out tonight I no longer own a rubber mallet. First time in 20 years I needed to use it too.

And here I've been dreaming I NEEDED an expensive rawhide mallet just for fun.

Is it recommended to put new pins in after the removal of the old pins? My first WASR10 was perfect. I just recently bought another WASR10 for 200 off of a friend of mine. The FSB is fine but the gas block is canted to the left a little bit. Could one use a regular hammer and use the bit kit that came with the rifle and pound out the pins? Thanks

Yes you can reuse the pins. IME the fit of the little pins is less tight than I would have expected after working on a couple barrel pins. Some small taps with a small tipped pin punch usually pops them right out. I think even a finishing nail would have worked on 90% of these small pins I've encountered.
