How many mills will you have? I know usually it takes about 3 hrs to finish an 80%. So based on that you want to figure 3-4 hours per person on a mill per a lower. So basically in a one day you can probably have 2-3 people finish their 80%s per a mill. That is only if the person is doing one 80% and not more than one.

I think with a few spare jigs and drill presses to hog out the majority of material, it wont take THAT long.
