This isn't working for me. I don't suppose F.S. actually got a good IT person to change something on their site?

Pizzo can't take away your good memories, I started at Front site as my first formal training with my wife. It was what actually what got her into shooting (Now she hunts with me). I bought into the FS family stuff I was there on a 4 day coupon free deal. They did the lunch room sales pitch and we got the $3500 husband and wife deal they were offering. We went over a dozen times after that. The constant barrage of sales emails and mailings was driving us nuts. We just ignored them. And got what we could from him. I was able to write of the membership as I teach shooting at my own range I own. I never felt I did not get all my money's worth. But being on several forums that were about FS I saw not only people who lost in some cases over a hundred thousand dollars buying condos and lots that never materialized, it amazed me people were still giving him money and lots of it? Even though you could read about the people suing him. There is a saying there is a sucker born every minute! The more I read it became obvious it was a Ponzi scheme. At least to me. Pizzo will never feel remorse for what he did to thousands of people, he is a pathological liar and thief. As shown the way he blames everyone who for his problems but him self. He has law suits coming from many directions and the money dried up due to covid his attendance drastically dropped and people were not buying his upgrades much anymore. The Ponzi scheme was drying up. I think that if you pay at the door its like a $1000 a day to train which is twice what Gunsite charges. There again he really thinks his range and instructors are better than Gun Site and Thunder ranch who are booked up always at $500 a day and always have been. People like him look in the mirror and see perfection. Just remember the good days you had there and learn from your losses and be smarter in the future. FS is done it will not recover from this. No one will ever trust him again ever. IMHO. Real Doctors like my two kids can write prescription's, chiropractor's cannot! He is also a phony doctor!

A lot of people have thrown around the terms "ponzi scheme" and "fraud." Not sure I'm qualified to define either of those, but wouldn't he be criminally liable if it were true. If I felt I had been duped out of a few thousand dollars I would be looking into criminal charges. As far as I'm aware, filing criminal charges does not remove one's ability to sue.

I also thought that it would be funny to just show up and buy a crap load of ammo with all my F$ bucks (I have a bit over $6,000 in F$ bucks and 29 Front Sight coins in my account currently) and then just leave, but I'm guessing they ration it to the round count allowed for the class. But right now I'm just going too let my membership expire and forfeit all the memberships I have in my account and start taking single day classes locally.
Vinnie, I would recommend you not voluntarily give up , forfeit, surrender your lifetime membership. He has the ability to breach the contract and prevent you from accessing the benefits you are entitled to, but he does not have the legal right to do so. Big difference.

I will repeat my position: Front Sights current actions are immoral, unethical and most important an illegal unilateral attempt at nullifying an agreement / contract I have with Front Sight. I currently have a Front Sight lifetime membership with specified benefits. I do not acknowledge your authority to cancel this agreement / contract. I expect you to fulfill the terms of our contract. Should you choose to ignore this and proceed unilaterally, I will at my discretion reserve the right individually, or as part of a class action initiate any and all legal proceedings as deemed necessary to enforce the contract or be compensated for my loss.

I am with many in that I enjoyed the training, the instructors as well as the trips with family and friends.

I am not with others who say they'd be willing to pay more 'if only for this or that" as that is not what I bought. Iggy needs to take some business classes and figure out how to generate revenue without defrauding, alienating or losing his existing customer base.

That said, we are here because iggy is not a businessman and is now mind f'ng with everyone as evidenced by his restructure and restructure updates. If you think that by paying more into this scheme that you will somehow stave off the inevitable, you are mistaken. I feel for those that bought into this for large sums of money but you've already lost that and should cut those losses IMHO.

I have ignored Iggy for years and enjoyed my membership but my family's 4 memberships are now unaffordable and because Iggy is now changing the terms,I"M OUT!

I must admit I am disappointed this morning. I was expecting to receive update #5.

I was however thrilled to read update # 4. After reading this and going to the Front Sight website I was able to see that even with the monthly fees, ammo purchase requirement, daily fees and of course any other fees that may be required he claims an "all inclusive founding membership" is still valued at $60,000.00!!

Well then my existing " founding membership" without all these added fees must surely be worth much more. Say $100,000.00 30% to a lawyer and I still would receive fair compensation for the breach of contract.

If Piazza came clean, apologized for his mismanagement, turned the whole thing over to someone that could honestly run it, and then charged some fees, I could see that working. The "must buy ammo here" and $1000 transfer fee, along with his continued involvement make it impossible for me to accept.
I agree with those above that I don't see a legal way for him to unilaterally change the agreements we have for lifetime free attendance.
A guy I know told me they are not "always" doing the background check, just taking the money. I don't know for sure how true that is.

I just read a report on the facebook lawsuit page from a guy who lives in Pahump NV. He said it was a ghost town. Only 2 rages were active and there were only about 20 students total. The people in the pro shop had no idea about fbucks, coins magic pixie dust or anything else.

I am a life time Diamond member and did not even get a notification of this, a friend of mine e-mailed me. That in its self may have some legal ramification's as if he can do this to me. I am just accumulating info from 3 threads talking about this. I plan to take this to my lawyer friends my wife has worked in a law firm for 44 years, should be able to get some done pro bono. At least a brief as to if there is a legal path forward. Once I am told go I will pay a some up to my original $3800 just to make his life more miserable than it is already. I had a body shop and property go into eminent domain foreclosure. The city wanted the property for a parking lot. They failed to send me a notification of the first city meeting of it. By law they have to and I am sure in contract law in Nevada izzy was supposed to as well. The city was eviscerated by my attorney's for that mistake. This is going to be death by a thousand cuts for Izzy. There will be law suits from every direction sooner than later. Its only been days since this was found out. Stay tuned!!!!!I talked to some one who was there in the last few weeks, was empty 3 or so ranges its over he is done. Soon he will have to just shut it down when he has to actually take some of his own money and put it into the sinking hole called Front Site he won't he never has and never will. IMHO

You are not going through your group private training in May?

Same here. First time with FS - it was a nice family vacation circa Dec 2018. The two boys are now taller than the wife; and my eldest is as tall as my shoulders already (I am 6' 1").

Was planning to come back this year, but...

Front site only pays the instructor if they work, they are not salaried. If they only have 2-3 lanes open the rest of the staff is not getting paid and will most likely move on. This is why this is over, he is trying to create the illusion that things are operating as usual, just the taxes has to be a huge cost. I would not even spend the money on a airplane ticket not knowing that when you get there there is a new skip hop you did not know about or the place closed while you were in the air.
