Worst case scenario would be the same Kaboom happening again. With the standard tube, I would have been screwed no matter where my hand was on it. With the RF, my hand would be grasping it in the middle section and it's shielded.......it's the better of two evils. Actually WAY better of two evils.
@Nojoke: stitches out, starting finger excercises but I'm hesitant on them since the wounds kinda move around during them......so it's tough to do. Joints feel fine as I move them, tho. As far as sensory? If you draw a midline down the length of my thumb, the left side sensory is good, right side numb still.
@Highlander: Not necessary.....I don't want to push them. They either help me out or not....it's that easy. At dealer cost, they wouldn't be losing any money.

)....but - moving the finger not only keeps joint movement, but skin flexibility as well. Scar tissue is far less flexible than standard skin. If you don't keep it moving around its really going to be stiff when all healed up.
