Yeah, that's pretty cool! I use the plastic impact pullers, and in fact just bought a back up. But after pulling a bunch, they leave my hands numb. from smacking the hammer thing.
I mean I guess pliers would work similarly, but would of course mess up the bullet.
The collet puller would require less gripping, which might get tiring if you're doing a lot, but as an occasional mulligan puller, that grip n pull thing looks OK.==================

Man, that's just smart thinking there! A few months ago, I rounded up all the range pickup loaded rounds I had and pulled them all. I plan to toss the bullets into my lead pot to make new bullets, but figured I'd save the brass and primers for practice rounds. Aside from my arm going numb from the hammer blows (I smack them on a 4 foot tall piece of 4x4 I had left over from a fence) I was highly annoyed with fiddling with the collet that holds the case. Taking it out, then sticking in the new one... using a shell holder ... seriously, that's brilliant...but too late for me. And btw I tossed the powder onto the lawn. I was extremely tempted to light it for fun, but it's all sorts of unknown powder and for the sake of safety, it became fertilizer.==================
