    Yes they gave me the same answer, but I didn't ask the Glock guys that I know and know me.

                Surefire has a new AR rail that M1913 style light mounts will mount directly to the slots and there are clearances on the rail for the cross bolt.

                                                    I think it's dumb to design the weapon with proprietary mags and then offer an aftermarket part to convert it to take the pretty much world standard AR15 mags.

                                                    The STANAG mags should have been the go to ones from the start.

                                                        Because it's an answer to a question that wasn't asked? Why needlessly complicate the workings of a simple magazine.

                                                        Only thing I could possibly see this being a boon to is the Marines IAR when utilizing mags instead of belts but they pretty much solved that feed issue already by simply going to mags with double springs.

                                                            I interpreted that as "we have listened and we do not want to make a single stack 9mm".

                                                            People have been asking for them, there is a market for it and yet Glock refuses to make one. It would be interesting to know WHY not?!
