I can understand "not liking" something

But I have a hard time understanding "hating" an inanimate object.

A couple guns that just came out, a rarity, and a gun in a different category take nothing away from glocks. I have shot a huge variety of guns and me, personally, I'm more accurate with glocks than anything. I can hit a 10" gong at 100m with a gen4 g17 all day. My new gen4 34, which I've barely shot yet and has a nicer trigger than the 17, looks to be up for some impressive tasks. We were shooting a glock 26 at 130m 10" gong the other day... we had other guns there, cz's, s&w's (3rd gen, revolvers, etc), colts, etc... the only platform that could consistently hit the long gongs was the glock.



Also they really are incredibly fast guns, whether talking rapid fire or quick draw. When I take new shooters out they are accurate with glocks faster than other stuff and gravitate towards them.



So yes, to me and others, they are iconic and great guns, by any measure.

Also, if muzzle flip is an issue for you then you need to work on your grip. Muzzle flip isn't an issue if you have a proper grip and 9mm doesn't have a lot of kick anyways.

Third, the PPQ is $538 which is the same as a gen 4 Glock so I don't know where the price difference comes from.

I hate Glocks. They're simple, work almost every time, easily maintained, highly customizable. Why on earth would I want one?

For the same reason why the Glock lovers own them. They just work.

That being said. I popped my Glock cherry earlier this week. Break her out of jail on 12/28.
