Depends on whether I dress myself to the right or to the left that morning.

Both types of guns can be fun

I like both. Have AK's in wooden stocks as well as tacticool stuff. For me one of each. Pistols I leave them alone.

I have some guns set up in a practical manner, I have some set up all tacticool for fun, and I have some old school C&R's that I even have period accessories for. So all of the above.

I'm about quality, reliability and "to hell and back" durability. If that's old school, fine. If that's tacticool fine. I want my "crap" to work and last. Especially if my life may depend on it.

I have a set of crimson trace on my nightstand gun btw.

I consider myself practical. I decide what I need to get done, then I shop around for what's gonna meet my goals, without breaking the bank. Given my choice though, I prefer wood to plastic.

I like a mixture of things. Did some run n guns with a M44 Mosin and a G17 sidearm, got a video of that here:

And did another run n gun with a 590A1 with a Colt 1851 cap and ball as the sidearm. So yeah, I go for everything:

Id say modernized. Akm-63 with beech wood stock and grips, original steel handguard, with ultimak gas tube and rds.
