Are you Old Fashioned or Tacticool?

Whatever floats your boat, what is your preference?

I'm old fashioned. Thinking of buying crimson trace, would that make me tacticool?

With pistols I'm more old fashioned. Most of my guns are designed a while back, 1911s, P35 Hi Power, Sig P210 and P220. I just prefer them to the modern polymer guns. That's not to say I dislike polymore guns. I love my PPQ M2

I had to look up what it is.
I'd say it's perfect for an old fashioned guy trying to be tacticool.

Lasers were the thing in 80/90s flicks. You can pretend to be Predator!

        Bro.. Tactical was so 2008.

        Operating is where it's at

I'm me, I don't go by fads and labels to make people respect me. Either you like me or you don't. I don't need fancy mag flips and clothes to show/change that. Besides, I can't shoot for $*** anyways. So it is what it is

It's how you act, not the gear you run. Unless you don't shut up about how awesome your gear is then yes you are tacticool lol

Great company with a great product. Customer service is also hard to beat.
Just don't rely on the laser for your target acquisition. Best used as a deterrent, IMHO.

Also take care when cleaning your pistol, solvents around the emitter is a nono.
And don't mess with your dog, that's cruel. Cat's are free game.

Hope this helps you on your quest for Tacticool Operator Status.
            Regards,
            Mike

Matters which safe you look in, green one for wood guns and a black one for black guns. Although I recently ran out of room in the wood fun safe, and had to put my single shot 12 gauge in the black safe, although it works because it has a synthetic stock. But if I had to choose, I'd say old school, wood and steel ftw.

My AR is probably leaning on my SKS in the safe, so I guess I'm just confused.

I've looked at those blue Crimson Trace display guns you see on LGS counters a couple of times, and I was always sort of dismayed by the fact that if utilizing proper trigger discipline (booger hook off bang switch) my finger blocked the beam.

                    Am I missing something?
Too many hobbies, Too little time.

I believe people use their finger to block the laser until they are ready to use it so as not to give away their position beforehand.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.
