    Turner's attitude !!

Went in to Turner's in Pasadena to do a FTF transaction from a CalGuns post and will never go back ever again. My son DROS'D a brand new 1911 and the attitude & demeanor of the gun clerk was unexceptable and I wanted to just go to another gunshop. The only reason we stayed was not to blow the deal with the seller, because she was in a hurry to get back to San Bernadino before it was too late. When doing the handgun safety demonstration the ******* clerk acted like my son was going to shoot him and the CalGuns seller told him to quit standing in front of the pistol during the test. Boycott Turner's...

I've heard about similar experiences with turners sales associates here in San Diego.. Decent selection but service is BS.. Maybe they feel that the Turner name and chain demands some sort of respect.. But either way I see it my hard earned money goes where I want it to go and it ain't goin to pretentious pricks regardless of name or selection.. I worked to hard for that crap.

I haven't had any issues so far with the people working at the Kearny Mesa store, have bought several guns there over the last few years.

Bummer you had a bad experience their. I too had one years ago and haven't been back since. I emailed the corporate and never heard a word. No big deal just move on plenty of other shops. Since I spread around to Stockade,Riflegear and Ammos Bros. Much better.

I frequent that turner's a lot. I haven't had any similar problems with them. They can be busy though and sometimes they seem like they're in a rush or frustrated but the guys i've dealt with Dom G and another guy whos name i keep forgetting were really cool and take time to explain things. Been a few times where the sales people are just having a conversation with one another while customers are standing around waiting for their number to be called.

              BOO

              Another bash thread

              BOO

Email or call turners corporate office, compose your concern before the call or email and they can address it.

We- the gun owners in this state- are our own worst enemy

Bash local shops- and they slowly go away

11,000,000 gun owners in the state
And not even 11 million total voters turned out in the spring statewide elections

Boo- stop being part of the problem
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

The Kearny Mesa store has been good but I refuse to shop their San Marcos location. Complete tools at San Marcos.

Don't blame the stores. We need to raise the minimum wage so their employees will make more money. This and only this will fix the problem.

I've had nothing but good to pleasant experiences at the turners in San Marcos and Temecula.

Turner's employees hate to say it are all boot lickers. In the many occasions that I used their services(they have some decide prices on ammo sometimes and I was desperate). I've seen them ushered a police officer in front of the line when idiots like me had to do their stupid take a ticket system. They also have employees that stand there carrying on a conversation with customers waiting.

But what can I say you pay minimum wage, you get what you pay for.

Pasadena is still the best; though I've only gone to Oxnard and Reseda. Oxnard was pretty cool too. Reseda was jacked but I heard they got some of the managers from Pasadena placed there.

Torrance has been going downhill for years.
