Why do people keep saying it was pointed at the leo, it was pointed at the ground, now granted it was pointed at the ground far FAR FAR!!!! in front of him it was never pointed at his person. Without touching his rifle in order to "point" it at the fat bulldog bully, he would have had to twist his body in some ungodly unnatural way.

Agreed, but while being a cop I don't think he'd have much time for teaching classes.

I wonder why these guys that want to make videos and sue for their Constitutional Rights being violated don't make their videos in California. Why not do it somewhere where it could do some good? Don't think they could make it any worse here.

The big difference is when no laws are being broken there is no "properly" for a citizen.

Actually if you check the other video posted later he responded well to a friendly cop. Seems to me he reacts in kind no matter what attitude he gets. The cop in the main video was a dill and got treated as one back.
