I'm something of a traditionalist. If you're going to wear a kilt, and you feel the need to carry something, that's what the sporran is for. Simply making a pocket for a mobile 'phone caused something of an uproar in Scotland when a manufacturer offered such a kilt.

          However, here's a constable with a full-on gun belt.

            What Is A Veteran?

A "Veteran" -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America," for an amount of "up to, and including his or her life."

This was early in the day when I had my hair in a pony tail, later for the ceremony I let it out. I came down to my waist at that time, damn that looked good.

Now I'd just be happy to have enough hair to tie back!!

My sister and brother in law got married in Scottish tradition.
Nothing wrong with kilts, though I don't own one as of yet; I've got Maclean and Stewart in meh.
Utilikilts are a little strange though; a kilt is meant to represent you're clan.
I guess you could be clan camo.

If you wear your kilt the "traditional way" & the wind blows upwards (mysteriously), can you be arrested for brandishing?

No kilts for me here. I don't think my Asian bretherns would approve....Sarongs, however is a different story. Where's Edsel & his digi tactical sarong?

If it's part of your heritage and family, it's a beautiful thing. If not, totally and completely lame, and grasping for attention.
