    Cavalier,
I will be picking some up from Tonyxcom 3-14 (it's late). Let me know when u need it by. I'd like to hold off on driving up there as long as possible so that I can *hopefully* pickup some more donations from more Calguners and therefore make less trips. But if u need it ASAP I will make the drive whenever for you sir!

I don't need it right away per se. The event isn't until beginning of May but I need to have a round count by about April so I can determine how many boys to allow into the event.

Best of luck with your events. If I were up your way I'd definitely help out. At camp last summer my son earned his rifle and shotgun merit badges. I know how important those are to him and glad they had the ammo to run the events. Definitely a worthy group to donate to.

PM me, I am on the Peninsula, Redwood City area.
Do you ever make it out to the east bay(pleasanton area)? I frequent it since i used to live there and my father is still there also. If you would be willing to come out there one day, i can make sure it gets up to sac. I'm currently living in Stockton, but i wouldn't mind an excuse to go up to sac for a good cause. Let me know.

I could probably be good for a brick also.

I am in Ventura County but I train Boy Scouts up at Camp Three Falls, in Lockwood Valley, Ca. My son's troop attends but I have ran hundreds of scouts through our rifle and shotgun programs. I worked at a Winter Camp about two months ago and I was told by someone high up in the Ventura County Council that the ammo manufacturers and some distributors had donated a lot of .22 to our program. Not sure if you know anyone or can call anyone in the VC Council but it might be worth some phone calls to see if you can get a manufacturer or distributor to kick in, rather than just asking for a brick or two at a time?

                      Good luck.

Capybara- The Federal/CCI has set aside ammo for councils to buy for summer camp and shooting programs. the problem this time around is I couldn't get our council to buy more than just enough for our summer camps Hopefully that will change next year when we get a new Scout executive and Program activities director :P

That's too bad. I know that .22 LR is like Gold these days, best of luck in locating enough to finish your year.
