I'm thinking Chuckie just likes to stir the pot. It's hard to believe one could be that ignorant!

Yea I willIf your receipt shows a quantity of 10 lowers ordered, and you put 25% as a deposit, the dealer owes you 10 lowers, not 4 and a whatever else he wants to throw in. I don't know what the time frame is for a small claims action in your area, here in my locality, the hearing is set usually about a month from filing.

Filing is cheap OP.... So is having the Sheriff stop by his store to serve him.Yes, you have legal options. You can purchase reasonable substitute units and any cost over the agreed price should be paid by the breacher of the contract. Of course you will have to get a judgment against him in small claims court (which takes forever) and pay for the filing. Or you could simply take your business elsewhere and shop with more reputable dealers in the future.Comment

nope the only time 10 lowers are owed is when 10 lowers are paid forIf your receipt shows a quantity of 10 lowers ordered, and you put 25% as a deposit, the dealer owes you 10 lowers, not 4 and a whatever else he wants to throw in. I was forced to sell mine out of state, douche nozzle. It was the first rifle I ever bought. I bought it when I turned 18 with money I earned washing cars for the local used car lot. 4 years later notices went up in sporting goods stores, gun clubs, etc. that if you had one you either had to sell it out of state, surrender it to the police, or remove it from the state forever. California forced me, under threat of a felony, to divest myself of property I legally acquired.
Suck it.Comment

Chuckie is such an obvious troll and a badly informed one at that. Or he is so young he doesn't remember or care to acknowledge the SKS Partrooper fiasco where the DOJ ruled they could be owned and then reversed itself and forced all the owners to divest themselves under threat of prosecution.
He also forgets that there are BANS in effect now, try to buy a 50 BMG for example. And the Supreme court has recently refused to hear case involving bans or 2nd Amendment issues.
And to think that Eric Holder has no influence here when the Justice Department can choose to prosecute in this state and has done so is just DUMB...TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
