Is It Worth Arguing With Anti's On FB?

    Pro: educate anti's

Con: annoying as Hell talking to morons

Is this my duty as a 2a supporter?

    What say my fellow calgunners?

Nope. Why waste your weekend. Go outside, go shooting, spend time with the family, walk the dog etc. The antis on facebook will always be antis, hence why they create stupid facebook pages and just repeat what they heard on MSNBC.

Ignore them and spend you time writing your elected officials, people who can actually do something about the 2A.

A closed mind is like a closed book. It's just a block of wood.

      Why bother?
My mother always told me to be careful what you ask for.

Just one more piece of parental advice I stupidly ignored.

You will never convert an actual libtard anti by words. ONLY a major life changing event such as a home break in, mugging or attempted rape will change their minds. But even then, they are still likely to feel that while they should be able to own guns the unenlightened unwashed masses still can't be trusted with them.

          This doesn't work.

I still engage them, like a cat playing with its quarry, belittle them, whatnot.

I gave up "debating" anything with "anti's" on any type of media concerning arms. Face to face is difficult enough. I will not debate arms with a "Mother Bear" that has cubs either.

                  No.

Spend your time more productively contacting legislators and spreading word about up-coming elections and gun-related bills going through legislature. Fakebook fodder disappears into ether nearly the moment it's created, influencing little to nobody, especially in singular arguments.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

FB is a massive, smoking security hole.

                    Get out while you can.

You don't have to give them any real information.

Depends. In the last week I've been able to shut down a couple of them just using facts and well written statements. It's not too bad as long as you keep using logic and facts and keep emotion out of it.

Face book should be reserved for your family and close friends. Never enter not a back and forth with a library, just due friend them and move on, FB is a form of social sterilization.
