Another positive here for Rainier. Purchase several items from them. One was a Noveske lower which was sent to BSP.

They are probably one of the better companies out there. You are the one we all need to watch. My spidey sense tell me you are the problem.

I bet John will bend over backwards for you even if you are 100% wrong.

Then we will see who has integrity.

Yea.. If I was Rainer and saw this post I'd tell him to stuff the barrel.. lol

How about contact the company and THEN cry a river on the interweb? I know, crazy concept..

In any event I would put more money on the OP not seeing the poly barrel than Rainer lying about it.

Another Rainer fan here. I think your spidey senses are correct.

Actually done a fair bit of business with Rainer. They are always pleasant, usually quick and have good prices.

Yes, they think highly of their branded components but I'd be suspect if they felt any other way.

+1 for Rainer in my book.

I do virtually all my AR business with Rainier, and next month I won't have to order over the internet from them anymore, moving back to Washington finally.

Lots of fan responses, good sign.
I have contacted them, expecting delayed response.

I am sure they are good barrels but in now way is this product that is described as polygonal a polygonal barrel.

I have worked on various programs as a contractor for aecom taecom, JPO, GD, MT and so on, from CROWS systems to small arms depots, I know a thing or two about guns as a working professional and these are not polygonal.

Doesn't take a genius I can hold my SR9 barrel next to it an eyeball the obvious difference.

Ive had a few good transactions with Rainier as well. I don't understand why the OP would expect the worst AND complain on the interwebs before making contact with the company. Give us an update AFTER you've at least made contact. I think these "shoot first, ask questions later" threads just piss people off and can tarnish hard earned reputations undeservingly.

Why people don't go to the manufacturer's/dealers FIRST is beyond me.

Our select barrels are polygonal. We have 3 different OEM barrels and they all come with a 90 Day - 100% satisfaction guarantee. We sell hundreds tp thousands of RA barrels per month and we wouldn't have the reputation if we sold second class products. We are in the middle of an office move but we'll be reopen on Wednesday. Ultimately, we want you to be happy so please send it back for a full refund!
