F 'em. If there's no metal detector and security guard, and if the sign isn't in a bunch of different languages they aren't serious. I'd carry there anyway.

True wealth is time. Time to enjoy life.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy schit...what a ride"!!

        My advice would be...

Step 1: Send email/letter explaining why this is an unsafe rule for their customers and employees. Also explain why you will gladly take your business elsewhere until they rethink their policy.

        Step 2: Shop elsewhere.

        ...done.

BTW I fixed your photo for you.

I don't know if my local Safeway has that sign. Frankly, I don't care if they do ... because I will carry anyway.

I carry everywhere I go. Never been asked to leave anywhere. All in how you carry, for the most part. I did get asked about a clip knife I had in my back pocket once. They missed spotting the Glock though.

I haven't checked the one here in WA, but I remember the one in North Highlands, CA having one when I was there for new years.

I shop at Fred Meyer, QFC, & Wal-Mart. 3 places I have never had an issue open carrying or otherwise.
