Watching that show is like pulling teeth for me. Not every gun needs to be tested by blowing up a structure that took more time to build than the gun. They dramatize everything. Building a firearm is not that hard. Chris seems like a fun guy but he can't build crap. Would be a great range buddy but no way in hell would I have him build me so much as a magazine kit. If you cant figure out how to put together an AR on your own you should not be in the trade. Don't even get me started on them trying to pass off very old designs as their own.

Seemed like MagPul sponsored that episode. The featured "AR rifle" had the UBR, MIAD, PMags & their MBUS'. Then in both workshops (Louisiana & Nevada) had MagPul decals on everything. To top it all off, Chris Ford is wearing a MagPul shirt and the logo isn't blurred for the TV cameras

Did they hire someone new that can actually program and run that HAAS? I doubt the combined IQ of that shop can even figure out to use a stapler.

The lower/upper were Mega billet. The piston was Adams.

that is VERY debatable about it actually being entertaining.

He is a pompous Jackwagon that thinks everything on the show is new and exciting....

OMG a monolithic upper. It took me 3 days to build my upper receiver and Daniel Defense rail on solid works. I could probably get the CNC program written in maybe one more with the help of someone skilled in machining so i know what steps to do in what order.

Everytihng they do that is "new" has already been done. Pistons done, mono uppers done, long range ak(its called the SVD) done,

Only thing that they have done that i had not seen anywhere else is the BASTARDIZATION of that Thompson.

Now there's a show I can get behind. They actually have done firearms factories in the past. I can't remember which ones though.

I didn't realize that the hood ornament retracted AND was replaced by a flush square plate when the hood was opened.

Pretty nifty... the US automakers just stuck them on the hood, or spring load them so the mechanic still gets stabbed but doesn't break it off

I think they also retract when the security system is activated. I guess people like to steal them.

Seriously guys...They have a TV show to make, market, and sell. Little things like "the truth" won't stop them from making their show. To be honest they do some stuff that hasn't been done before but thats like 1:10000000000000000 ratio. The AK with the intergrated suppressor for example.

It's slowly became a stupid show. Gonna delete it from my DVR recording.
