I can understand some of the UOC douchebagery when the officers come and get them on their knees screaming at them guns drawn, but this officer was anything but that.

believe it or not, most cops are like this.......Professional, courteous and aware of the law. Yeah, the UOC is very lost.......

Regarding giving your name, I know you do not need to provide your ID but what about your name, verbally to the officer? Is not giving your name to the officer also not required by law?

I should rephrase... I mean the UOCer was acting like a douche, not the LEO (who was acting very cool about everything).

Just another video where the UOCer acts like a moron and provokes (subtle) a LEO to see if he can get something more out of him, and for his youtube video .

I don't know if it is just me but the LEO seemed a bit pushy in getting a name. On top of that the LEO appears to say "you don't have anything else on you here, right" as he proceeds to lean down and grab at the mans ankle. I believe that is a NO, NO as he is not being accused of a crime which means he cannot be searched in any way. The LEO did handle it better than a lot of LEO's I have seen but not as good as others. Just my .02 cents.
