Maybe you should turn pro and run for the California Legislature or US Congress.
      Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

LOL, the next stage in this sickness is when you get into C&Rs and then justify spending because "they are investments".

"I'll just drop $5K into this old rifle here because it is in pristine shape, and they're not making them anymore. And whatever happens, its bound to do better than the measly interest I get in the bank!"

I can stop anytime I want to! (isn't this what they say addicts say?) LOL

I've managed to stop spending on guns BUT now all my resources are used on AMMO and COMPONENTS! Arrgh..when will it all end? (hopefully never)

I feel like I'm living out of my means here
yea, then I start calculating the interest I would be paying on my credit card and the urge goes away.

It's not so much that I have a problem with buying really expensive guns all the time, it's just relatively small purchases on accessories, ammo, reloading components, etc that all add up to a pretty big sum. I wouldn't feel so guilty if I could easily afford all of it, but I can't! - I just can't stop ;o

At least I know I'm not the only one

Last week UPS/FedEx delivered 4500 rounds ammo and some magazines.
Currently I have nothing inbound, and I feel naked

put it like this- I am currently mid dros on the following (kind of embarrassed to admit)

                            6 in stainless python
                            6 in nickel python
                            2.5 in diamondback blue 38
                            4 in diamondback blue 38
                            4in blue mark III
                            unfired challenger
                            a minty 1903
excellent 1908 (both with original boxes)

I have done this a few times over the past couple of years. In the past 2 weeks I have driven from Simi Valley to San Marcos (on more than one occasion)

I am contemplating a self help group....... Don't buy a big safe- it's almost a dare to see if you can fill it up!!!
