Until it's cleared, you will continue to get delays on every DROS as one delayed DROS is cause to delay future DROS so you are stuck until the problem is cleared.

Yes it started out delayed then undetermined, and not released.

Maybe this will stop the delay/undetermined B$ that DOJ is pulling off.

Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced a victory in its Campos v. Bonta lawsuit, which challenged policies and practices of California Attorney General Rob Bonta and his Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Firearms that delayed firearm transactions beyond the statutory 10-day waiting period absent a legal basis.

Uhm... FPC gets a ruling and my dros gets approved. Sad to say I think my nasty gram had nothing to do with this. a judge lit a fire under their arse. Far to coincidental

Not to mention upon the first delay I applied and received my COE. Thinking that would help things. NOPE got delayed again. After this case came out today. it all makes sense now. the state was screwing with people

That's good to hear at least, seems like we're making lots of progress but we still have a very long way to go

I've been saying that since about this time last year.

The 'overwhelmed/understaffed' ploy was a cute excuse they used during the first few months of the COVID-phobic shamdemic panic gun buying spree, a plausible cannard for their underground gun control scheme, but after about August 2021, there simply was no reasonable explanation for the 'delay/undetermined' ruse the DOJ had been orchestrating, at Bonta's direction and instruction.

Between that and the CCW PPI release, among other manipulation tactics that have been pulled these past few years that started with Harris and really ramped up under Bonta, it's clear there is an unethical abuse of power and disregard for civil rights that should be investigated by a formal grand jury or Federal authority.

I have little doubt that Bonta and his DOJ staff have emails discussing these issues in a bias, snide tone; it would be interesting to see exactly what those have to say.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

this crap wit the doj is just wrong.my personal feelings are the delays and undetermineds are due to lazy or over whelmed employees and also the doj screwing with gun owners. in my case i got good news after this mess started back in june. i bought a used handgun from turners which after 7 days became delayed. at the end of 30 days it became undetermined and turners policy is to give the money back and not release on guns they sell. i then waited over 30 days and bought a new handgun from turners.. 4 das later doj sent them a delay. i waited a week or so and gave in and got a lifescan done and sent it to the doj firearms division. 5 days later i got my copy of the live scan results in the mail. nothing new or wrong. so last monday i called doj which took over 2 hours to get thru. the lady at doj told me it did no good to send them my life scan. i quized her on all this and politely told her this was wrong etc etc. then on friday i went to turners and put money on a consignment gun which is on 30 day hold. turners releases on undetermined if its a ppt. so got a nice out of production well cared for model 19 smith comin. im in the store not 10 minutes after paying my money and they tell me they just got a email alert from doj ending the delay and to release the gun to me. it sounds like the squeeky wheel gets the grease with doj. so i got the new 686 and waiting for the model 19 to clear. and wife didnt get mad, lol. i feel better but this is sheer bs what they are doing to us.
