    ...... It was perfectly legal for them to deliver your lawfully purchased firearm. Since they CHOSE to NOT DO SO, of their own volition. They committed a BREACH OF CONTRACT.

    Thanks do you know which live scan form you filled out it has to go to the Firearms record review, I did a live scan years ago for my teaching credentials and they are different some are the standard record review.

    Has anyone here that has gotten an undetermined letter and their FFL refused to release the gun had a Livescan for the sole purpose to avoid getting undetermined again, if so did the Live scan help?

    I'm $137.50 in hole with DROS Fees and Two live scans since they told me to use the wrong form the first time.

    My FFL got a letter on day 6 on day 28 they got an undetermined and would not release it to me so I got a refund less the DROS fee.
