Lost firearm from middleman? Help?

Hi calguns. I'll most likely catch hate from calguns here. But I bought a galil gen 1 from rainierfirearms back in April. Sent over to Phil at alphacats outdoor. I kept sending a message to see what I needed or what I should do. No response. Finally I get a call saying the gun was ready on may 26. But still needed a fin grip. I purchased a fin and had it send over and arrived on 6/1 per solartactical. So I again made contact with al0hacats and no reply. He replied to me on Facebook one time asking me when it was sent and which company it was from. After I replied. It's been complete silence. I been trying to call or message. And I can't reach him. Any suggestions please? Sorry I know everyone had different experiences with him but this is my first time and maybe I did the process wrong but I just want to get my galil.

Which Galil ACE? If it’s a 5.45 or a Rock-and-Lock 5.56 ones, those are irreplaceable. Audiophil is usually very busy and he might be behind work. Did you PM him here? He’ll be replying here soon.

Yes I been messaging him here on calguns. Facebook. Called. I know he had covid so I didn't want to bother him. I stopped for a while but I tried again last week. It's a 762x39.

Phil did a good job on my transfer. This was a few years ago.

It's not lost. I told him he sent me the wrong grip. I can't make someone send me the right parts. WHen the wrong part is sent the gu goes back behind all my other work. Of course they also do not account for holidays and other events. Am I supposed to work 24/7? Or can I get some time off too?

<My son and I both had covid. Thart was in june and july. Now my son is in the hospital fo ranother issue. I was in ER with him form saturday at 10pm until sunday at 9am. then to another hospital for transport form 1pm until 6pm. today i go back to give him clothes. todya is a major holiday.
I have not been working for 3 days and this guy knows his gun is here.

Sorry to hear. I contacted solartactical. They said they sent the gen 1 wrap. And they want proof of the wrong wrap from you before sending in the right one. They tried emailing and calling and said they couldn't reach you. I been trying to see if you could send a proof. But I haven't get any replies.

I been trying to correct the issue. Originally it was thought to be sent for a gen 2. I tried getting more details without any more replies. So I reached out to solartactical to see if they can send in the correct one but they want proof. And I don't have the wrap.

Sounds like solar tactical are the ones being difficult here. They want proof that it doesn’t fit!? It’s a $30-50 wrap, just send it and deal with the return shipping later.

How so? Sounds like this Phil fella is impossible to communicate with. Based on his post above, when he does communicate it is defensive and someone else's fault.
