I’m just tired of the rude PM’s demanding I text them information already in the for sale posts. Are the new members really this dumb and rude or are they Nigerian scammers? I really hope it’s scammers.

Hear, hear. They don't have the attention span to read the whole damned post. Then they give you their number and ask you to text when you specifically state in the ad to use PM feature. I just ignore them, and if I'm not feeling too lazy, I'll add them to my ignore list so I don't have to deal with them down the road.

Lack of consideration but they want/expect to be considered..disrespectful F**ks.
Wanting 3x more than what the gun sales for new.
I'm done ranting now...I think.

I don’t care about the prices. It’s the other B.S from the new people.

1. Asking to shoot my guns before they buy and Demanding proof that the gun isn’t stolen

2. Asking me to take Bitcoin

3. Asking if the rifle can go full auto.

4. Telling me that they will only buy it if I drive to them n for half off.

5. Getting to the FFL and then try n pull a fast one. Telling me we don’t need to do the paperwork for it.

6. Showing up to the FFL with 4 of there friends and they all want to hold the gun. When I tell them no. They get pissed off.

7. Ask me why can’t I pay for the dro fees


This week alone I had 20 people. All with under 20 post. Taking about how they want it n say I take it. Only to back out because I won’t sell my guns for the price they want to buy it for.

I hear you, I mean I know the pandemic has flooded/inflated the gun/ammo market but for crying out loud with these ridiculous prices!

I was at a LGS a few weeks ago and there was a Used Springfield XD9 subcompact on consignment for $800! I told the gun shop that the gun new is $500 to $600 and it's On the California Roster. The Gun Shop said they had already explained that to the Seller who remained firm on $800....Any takers?...Haha

Peopel can ask whatever they want for their firearms, and find it interesting that so many here get so pissed that people are asking stupid prices for stuff. Just irgnore them and quit worrying about what everyone else is doing.

With that said, THIS stuff mentioned above is unacceptable. That's the kind of stuff I have no patience for. I've just resorted to not even responding to people who ask stupid questions like these and am pretty good at weeding people out before going to meet them. The two times in the last few months I've met a CG member to do a PPT it was flawless and both were stand up individuals. Also have had nothing but great experiences when I've been both the buyer and seller of parts, accessories, etc.

I did a dros at guns direct and they had ammo on the shelf. 22 lr for 9 bucks for 50. big 5 is 4 bucks when they have it.
