    I think you’re right.

Kalifornistan has seen the roller coaster of guns and ammo supplies, every since the Roberto-Roos assault weapons ban.
    Then the Clinton Ban.
    The Wilson ban.
It got a little better under W.
    Then. B. Husain Obama.
Then Newtown, Orlando, San Bernardino, La Vegas, Florida, etc, etc.
Then Trump got elected and we had it good for 3 years.
    That’s when you stock up.
We are at another bump in the road.

Don’t forget the primer shortage, the war in the Middle East, the powder shortage, etc, etc.

That's funny right there especially because it's true.

Define "most people". Because "most people" here already have a *modest* supply on hand.

Modest means modest. It also means not enough.

Modest means lots of things to lots of people, modest to me means 1-2 thousand per firearm. But that's not what I might have. Whats enough, my guess it's like modest it means something different to each of us.

Same here- to the best of my resources. I've been telling my friends for years almost nothing firearm related in CA gets any cheaper or easier to obtain than right now (well - the before "right now").
At least the materials to make ammo are cheap now- not like in '08 when lead, copper & other were expensive on top of a panic buying market. Took years to get through that. Especially with .22LR.

Probably that damn 1200 stimuli check! Everyone buying ammo instead of TP.

Trump getting elected a second term might be the death sentence for the firearms industry.

Recent economy crash for small business owners, scarce inventory, second term Trump causes gun owners to be less fearful and wont hoard things they think might get targeted. Just as things start coming back and Trump still in office another 4 years and all us gun owners are thinking, wow, I spent a lot over the spring/summer gun related. So I'm good for a while.

                            Always Be Buying Ammo.

Heck, just a few days ago I stood out front of LAX Ammo wearing an N95 filter just so's I could top off my defensive .45 ACP hollerpoint stash. Was going to spend just so much.

Came home with the hollerpoints, PLUS another 500 rounds ball to top off my practice stash and a goodly amount of .44 Remington Magnum that my lever guns like (and for the added brass stash so's I can keep on rollin' my own). I spent three times my budget. Might be the last retail ammo shopping trip for *quite* some time.

Been handloading for four years, too. I knew this day might come, although I didn't think it'd be due to a worldwide pandemic. Thought it'd be more of a local disaster or whatever. Whatever!

All yawlz that are still a little nervous about your ammo stock (and you live within a few hours' drive), head on over LAX Ammo's superstore in Inglewood, CA and git what's left!

                            .

So its right or left, and your saying left is better?
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

People save your money. If you are over 35 and don't have at least 50000 in savings account ready to go 24/7 you are broke in my opinion. Most important prep is finacial prep.
