    Freedom Week 2.0

So I've been following all of the updates and opinions of the upcoming assualt weapons ban that Judge Benitez will rule on. The one thing I haven't heard much on is whether ot will affect AR15s pistols should we get a favorable ruling. What are your thoughts?

It's not going to a damn thing to effect the roster. So no go on AR type pistols.

Well I think it would be more than that. Much like the standard magazines, we'd get to keep in it's configuration...may not seem big to some, but I'll take it.

I don't know about being able to keep them in that configuration.

will you still be alive when the decision is made or will you have died of very old age ?

that is how things work in this state, this magazine thing is ridiculous. I don't understand people actually thinking that we "may" have a decision in our lifetime, it will be kept in the courts for decades and when its finally decided either way people will wonder what a magazine is since they wont have guns by then.

Yes, I purchased mags during freedom week, but I fully realized it was a once in a lifetime opportunity even if I am only 61 years old (at the time).

                          BBRAW and Freedom Week 2.0

If FW2 happens even for a short period does this mean that you would be able to remove a BB from a BBRAW and have a standard mag release because it would no longer be a AW. If so would you have to deregister it with CFARS or ??? Also would featureless rifles be able to install evil features and ditch fin grips etc???

The depends on what ruling triggers the event. Impossible to say what the ruling might say or what it would permit until it happens.

I love how everyone here is "getting out offer their skis" on this AWB case before Benitez. Even if Benitez rules it unconstitutional (which is not guaranteed) you can bet the decision will be held pending appeal. This us way different 5han the magazine ban.
The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.
