If freedom week is indeed a week for this case, you'll probably get nothing. How will it negate the 10 day wait. If youre not drosing receivers now, you're not going to get anything. Better panic buy now while you have the opportunity. If a stay to the injunction is granted after a week, and you haven't picked up your guns, you wont be able to say you featured them up during freedom week. All speculation of course, but I wouldn't be waiting. Not like you wont be able to use them if there is no freedom week, just without fearures. PANIC BUY DAMNIT!!!

Well if he grants the stay, he will do like the magazines, you'll be included in it even it your 10 days is still going. At least that is what I think.

Looks like you're the only one that understands what freedom week 2 is about. It's not about buying standard capacity magazines, but has to do with BBRAWs, featureless rifles, and mag locked rifles. No wonder why California 2A is in such trouble....

If the local shops were smart they’d start stocking some things ‘just in case’ - no reason they can’t hold on to some currently ‘LEO only’ items should the environment suddenly shift.

It depends. Many gun shops released the AW-to-be only before 12/31. They well may follow the same policy if FW2 happens.

That would be a true adventurism, since they don't have deep pockets to keep the non-sellable inventory "just-in-case". Yes, they can win a jackpot, but most likely they will go bankrupt

Keep in mind you have to have an AW permit to keep products on hand before and after any such potential ruling. Otherwise, the dealer would likely be in serious trouble importing and possessing such firearms without it.
