Would freedom week 2 possibly allow us to change it from single shot Ar pistol status to "real Ar pistol" status by swapping in a real Ar pistol upper? That sounds too good to be true. (lol, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is). But damn, that would be heaven....

I put in for my deposit for the Franklin Title 1. I'm trying to cover all my bases lol. Hmm...put a brace on the Title 1, and swap out the upper to a pistol upper...am I dreaming too hard?

I'm itching to take out the juggernaut tactical hell fighter off my Ar and restore it to non neutered status.
if freedom week 2.0 happens, what happens is that currently the CA7 is the only commercially available AR pistol that can be bought new from gun stores, that you can then swap a normal semi-auto pistol upper on it and call it a day.

So if this FW2 actually happens, will I be legally able to put a s/a upper on my CA7, both which I already have, and leave it in that configuration legally? Or would I need to somehow prove that I built it during FW2?

So let me get this straight. If this all goes in our favor then we could have a window of opportunity to toss out our mag locks and pistol grip fins and hopefully grandfather our semi auto featured rifles in? Assuming the same thing happens just like with our first freedom week with high cap magazines.
Would the same apply towards those who own AR pistols too? Like the CA7 and would it legally give us the opportunity to use our full capacity happy sticks too?

which you would have to reinstall after 1-2 weeks as the they put a temp hold on the new ruling. This was the case with HC Mags. I guess you would have to buy a newly purchased non-CA AR with a bill of sale as proof during that period to grandfather it in to prove it was legal unregistered AR and didnt need to be registered or something like that.

Another question. Could we put a law tactical folder on an AR pistol? Assuming they toss out the AW rules?

Why couldn't you put one on now?

Aren't we free to use the mags that we obtained during freedom week 2019 how ever we like except in AWs. Or at least until the case is over?
I'd assume this would be the same situation with this new possibly ruling

                            I don't know. Can you?

And to dig deeper, can we put law folders on AR carbines and rifles if they toss the AW rules?

From what I understand the mags you purchased during freedom week 1.0 are still useable with featureless and BBRAW. But there is some nuisance clause that certain agencies are using to confiscate them, and ultimately give them back. I have used mine plenty and intend to continue to use them unless something changes. I also don't attend public indoor ranges. I could be wrong big that's how understand things to be.

Well if your remember in his previous ruling, it did not only pertain to bought magazines, but the manufacture and basically the removal of any blocks that allowed it to hold only 10 rounds. I.assume the same here, where removal of the bs features that make it a non AW is ok. And be grandfathered and protected from confiscation.
