NV Sheriffs issue based on county of residency like CA. Non-residents can apply to any county. Unlike CA, they are all shall issue.

Missed (though I hoped) you were being sarcastic.

My next door neighbor was walking with her Maltese when two coyotes came out from the creek behind our home. They were going for the dog though she was only 6 feet away. Fortunately she was faster and was able to pick him up.

Our dog is bigger but we still carry when we walk him at night.

Incorrect. BAC while carrying a firearm in Nevada is .1. It is lower for DUI!
                      FYI.

NV laws were changed. (NV AB291 was passed)

                      Effective 06-14-2019.

The BAC limit was reduced from 0.10 to 0.08.

James Brady took a .22 to the brain and lived. Ronald Reagan didn't even know he'd been shot; a secret service agent had to tell him.
You can't shake off a .45 like that.

We do good work in trauma medicine

That said, I am quite sure ol James got his head drilled in the trauma bay, and he was never near the same person he was prior.

Reagan almost died from intrathoracic hemorrhage, and I am sure he got a chest tube (secondary hemo/pneumothorax) likely further surgery (don‘t know his exact course of care, but that would be the standard).
He would have died without intervention, as would Brady.

Lots of people are shot and don’t know it.

Tupac, for instance was laughing at the cops trying to get him out of the seatbelt.
                            A couple days later,
                            Dead.

I have treated hundreds of GSW in my years, and many times we find new wounds that were not part of the c/c when ee strip and flip.

These are often ak or 5.56 rounds btw.

Any firearm out there is deadly.
                            Period

Still not sure at all what this has to do with a .45 tho
