Anyway, I suppose what I’m ranting about doesn’t matter so much in this thread.

Glad it worked out for you, Eozan.

And I’m sorry for poking fun at you, OCEquestrain

Just cuz I know better than to poke a bear doesn't mean I'm smart enough not to

I think the OP stated intention to see if he can qualify for a Arizona CCW is a good first step. If he gets one little bolster his argument for California CCW and back before I got my California CCW my out-of-state CCW's gave me a great impetus to travel and see the rest of the country.

        Who draws the line?
        And where?

Careful of that slope. It is slippery.

Hopefully the line is drawn somewhere around bmx-riding meth addicts. But hey, if you think they should be carrying anything more than soap on a rope more power to you.

I know a guy. He has a criminal history. He's has a CCW (in CA, and two other states), and holds an active TS clearance in Fed Govt.

Law abiding citizens with criminal history...ARE walking the streets.
We as a nation have the most incarcerated persons per capita in the world.

As in California, doesn’t fit your own personal idiom?
Make it illegal, and turn those who wouldn’t otherwise be into criminals.

If you ever drove 1 mph over the speed limit, surrender your guns now.

On a side note, do tweakers ride bmx bikes? I've not heard of this before.

I live in Las Vegas now, and regularly see what are ostensibly gangsters carrying openly.
It is legal here, and I certainly don’t hear of nearly the gang style shootings that plague heavily metered CCW or No Open Carry cities/states such as L.A, or Chicago, Or Baltimore, Or a host of others.

Guess who gangsters don’t shoot at? Those who can shoot back.

I will take an everybody can carry reality far sooner than a nobody can carry reality (except those who choose to break the law.)
Because that way is as stupid as gun free zones.

                    LOL,
                    This guy.

I can easily find those who are cleaner than you.

Surely there is room in the wood chipper for one more ...

Mine was one and done, since you have multiple it may play more of a role. Good luck and thank you for turning your life around.

This, and be ready to lawyer up. You might need a 2A-specific attorney, to help you with this.

The more fee a society the more opportunities for people to screw up and be held accountable. Considering we are the most free country with the largest population the incarceration per capita really is of no concern to me. With the democrats Encouraging people to ignore law and order expect it to get worse.
