I believe you are absolutely correct here, these major companies are very risk averse and have enough legal resources at their disposal to make sound legal decisions in regards to their policies.

With Brownell's et al now shipping SCM's to Kaliforniastan the dam has now truly burst! Let's see how Gavin and Basura try to spin this one....

Yes, and they are only taking phone orders, or save in cart then call.

I just received an email from Beretta - they are now shipping magazines with 10+ capacity to CA.... If there was any doubt about the dam breaking, this should remove it.

I had to look up "Basura" today! It fits!

I believe the government offices in Kalifornia are closed today due to a state holiday. They could do something tomorrow, but probably not today. . .

Where did you hear that? I know of several folks who have checked out from Brownells online with seemingly no problems.

                                .

It's not often that we get to celebrate 2A related news in CA. Thank you to CRPA & NRA-ILA. In addition, attorneys who are in the mix on the issue of the Second Amendment deserve our praise and support. Thank you.

And to the 2A retailers, thank you. If all someone wanted to do was run a business and make money... that business would not be gun-related (at least in recent years). Maybe dry-cleaning or some other uncontroversial avenue. People who start and run these companies are generally genuine patriots (there are certainly exceptions). Again, thank you.

                                .
