War is when your Government tells you who the enemy is......

Revolution is when you figure it out for yourself.

This is great. Now lets get the "assault rifle" ban ruled unconstitutional as well as the no importation of ammo.

To whom can I contribute to?

Judge Benitez did a very good job on this decision, but he's probably not a viable candidate for the Supreme Court.

He's currently on "Senior" status. The President seems to be looking for Supreme Court candidates that are very young and very healthy.

Someone would inevitably question his legal education. He graduated from Western State College of Law before it became a legit (ABA Approved) law school in 2005.

Anyone who has them can offer them up for sale.

Will Calguns forums allow it? I stocked up before the rebuild kit ban and I imagine there are a lot of others who did as well.

Looks like their timing is off. April fools day isn't for 3 more days.

As of this post, all signs point to yes.

Recalling what happened with Peruta v Gore in San Diego, I wouldn't be celebrating too much now or rushing out to buy std cap mags. Wait til the 9th circus gets after this with an en banc hearing.

It may not be appealed to the 9th and if it is it might not be overturned there. Wtih all the Trump appointments, a 3-judge panel has a substantial chance of not giving the other side a victory. Trump will have three or four more 9th circuit appointments seated by the time a 3-judge panel would be seated. Do they want to risk that? If they do risk it and lose, next stop is SCOTUS, where again, they have a substantial chance of losing, especially because RBG may be off the court by that time. Do they really want to put at risk NY's law as well as California's?

I'm wondering what's the practical application of this, of course.
