I wonder how many tens of thousands of dollars they'll be refunding. 😞

What about Primary Arms or Rifle Gear? They should be commenting soon...

Using that logic - you should sell everything including your slingshot

I am aware of nothing in the PC that restricts age of mag ownership. I bought my last "high capacity" mag when I was 17 in 1999. I had the foresight to buy for guns I knew I wanted to get someday. My 7 year old has a couple rifles that are sitting in my safe with notarized letters dated before it was required to register family transfers saying I gifted them to him on that date. He will be one of the only people in his generation with legally acquired non registered firearms.

****. I was excited about my order from Prepper’s. Shoulda known it was too good to be true that early on.

Props to them for doing what they can to help us. They have always been great to me regarding customer service.

That's pretty weak. They should of consulted with their lawyers prior to posting the update on their site that they'll sell standard cap to California.

Anything is possible unless the decision comes from SCOTUS. And even then SCOTUS can overturn itself.
