I am aware of nothing in the PC that restricts age of mag ownership. I bought my last "high capacity" mag when I was 17 in 1999. I had the foresight to buy for guns I knew I wanted to get someday. My 7 year old has a couple rifles that are sitting in my safe with notarized letters dated before it was required to register family transfers saying I gifted them to him on that date. He will be one of the only people in his generation with legally acquired non registered firearms."Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
