I agree 100%. And the number of idiot low informed voters grows by the day.

And zero people will pay attention to this unlawful crap here. There are already lawsuits to tie this crap up pending.

The large number of retirement refugees, silicon valley transplants and Latinos don't help the cause either and they are all growing populations here.

4 more years until my boys are out of High School and we may be moving on.

The one hope we have is the SCOTUS might be ruling on some on these cases over the next 5-10 years. If they do, they might rule before some of these states try implementing this stuff.

We really need RBG to step down.

It has been coming for a while now; gaining steam in many states, not just NV.

Progressives love to see this type of thing blamed on CA, so few will see the threat that has been slowly fermenting from within.

The fight to protect the 2A is not just a fight in the highly progressive left leaning states. It's a national fight that will eventually require all freedom loving conservatives and pro-2A patriots to get out and vote at the polls, educate their friends and families against progressive indoctrinization, and support the local and national organizations that also fight on our behalf.

I was in Vegas this weekend. On the radio they said Sheriff Lombardo, the head of Las Vegas Metro PD that brought you the fairy tale of what happened in the Mandalay Bay suites with Steve Pollock, but hardly any facts, has decided to change their former policy of contacting ICE any time they stop or arrest someone wanted by ICE. From now on, they only do that if the person has committed a serious crime. He single-handedly has started NV down the sanctuary state road.

It was FUD when you first posted it.
The fact that it passed later changes nothing about it being FUD when posted.

That's a bit perverted; I don't think I could lavishly relish a joy in anyone else catching cancer, even if I myself had cancer. That is exactly what this is. It's hardly an "I told you so" thing to feel smug about or even use against those who may have been smug or bragging about their free-state status.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

it passed before when first balloted - later deemed to be unenforceable

what has changed, or must change to suddenly make it enforceable?

FFLs that do not stay on top of laws outside their home state will have issues as laws like this one reach out to us thanks to GCA68. No more sales of rifles and shotguns to NV residents unless the guns are shipped to a NV FFL.
