You guys who complain about Turners crack me up. I've been to plenty of gun stores where there are old, know-it-all, geezers behind the counter who won't give you the time of day unless you are one of them or they act like you are putting them out by asking them to see something behind the counter. I've personally never had a problem with Turners and been to many of their stores.
Finally, when discussing Turners in Palmdale (which I've never been to, since they opened after I moved), be sure to include a comparison of the Santa Fe Gun Galeria on Sierra Hwy, and let me know how it works out for you.

Spot on! This being said, can you imagine being a first time gun buyer and running into this individual? Or how about a young couple who have recently been convinced they should have a handgun for home defense decide to go to a gun store and run into this individual. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.

Get a good kitchen table FFL and cruise the internet if you want a gun. Get your 03FFL and COE and go shop for ammo. eBay, gunbroker or forum ads for the rest of your gun stuff. Cheaper and you can do it from your smart phone.

Me neither but I also don't go into Turners expecting not to wait. Good place when the ammo or firearm you want is on sale. Otherwise it is my favorite LGS.
