Id bet he's a security guard without a car. No security in SF? You guys do know almost every weed shop has armed security companies right? Being it San Fran, there are a lot of pot shops.

I can use face palms too. Just because there are "ONLY" 13 licensed ones doesn't mean there aren't 20+ unlicensed ones on top of that that still use security. Stoners and gun people don't listen to laws very well.
