It makes nonsense. I dont hunt either, imma paper cutter... its the gun owner who decides what to do with the gun right? I have only "hunting rifles" for target practice... how confusing.

Ill go there to get some thongs. Lol

Normally, we would have referred you to another local FFL who could better suit your needs. We dropped the ball here. We're glad UG Imports stepped up. We've heard great things about them. We've sent many folks in their direction and we're confident they'll take very good care of you. Thanks to those who took a moment to post your thoughts in this thread. We appreciate everyone's feedback. We're looking forward to meeting y'all too!!!

        Mahalos & Alohas!

        Is this true?

He then says that they do not believe in hunting and hurting animals and will not FFL a hunting rifle.

I am still in such disbelief over this. Needless to say, I will not be stepping foot in that store ever again.
I suppose you also go into Taco Bell and get pissed off because they won't server you Kung Pao Chicken with egg rolls? After all, they could get the ingredients and make it for you right?

You chose the wrong store and get all butt hurt because they won't cater to what you want?? Unbelievable.

                  See, I'm torn on this.

If it were another state, I'd be in agreement. Because California requires all sales to go through a FFL, this restricts the market and thus I do not believe that anyone who has a business should be able to refuse legal transactions due to moral beliefs on hunting (or the flip side- tactical weapons).

If you're a FFL, as long as the transaction is legal and the buyer isn't raising any red flags, process the damn transaction and help another Californian support the 2A.

You stated it was a tactical store, but not good for hunting. That's an easy fix, don't go there for your sporting rifle needs.

In this instance I would not have outed the business since, as presented here, it was non-adversarial, and it was as simple as they did not do that kind of business. You didn't loose money, you were not jerked around, nothing bad happened to you.

Seems to me they were up front and honest with you about the type of business they did.

I mean, it doesn't say "guns and fishing", but has the word "lingerie". [emoji848]Takes guts to open a store with a name like that--maybe he thought You were trolling Him! Lol!
Store guy also was polite but firm. It's clear on yelp. Go spend your money at a store that does business for you, but maybe call ahead and do some research on websites/yelp/Facebook.

This isn't on the store owners. Hopefully, this thread gives that store some good business and free advertising. [emoji28]

I've known stores that won't sell Hi Point or low end guns. I really wish I was local enough just so I could say I visited a lingerie/gun store.

Lazy guy. I do know how table top FFLs. And I think FFL is not a verb. Read my quote? I'll spell it out for you: "Give store a call. No waste anyone's time. Win."

You are butt hurt because you wasted your time, when in fact you wasted his and Our time.

Getting defensive, when you were actually the one who got offensive, "warning" everyone about an "anti-gun gun" store. They freaking sell guns. Just won't sell them to you, so you have to come to CGs and spread, yes, lies... wow. Can't believe I fell for this.
                              You are a troll, sir.

                              Have a day.

I'm gonna get a FFL and call my store Tom's Toys. They are all mine, now go away.

How is this any different from an FFL who is LEO only, Or the one on my street who only does custom work for the military.

Besides why should anyone have to give up their rights just because they live in California? You sound like an Anti.
