Well of course no one EVER hunts with a tactical rifle...

Naming them is not a violation, happens all the time.

      Please name them.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Maybe it's a "Religion" thing. I remember this years ago:
A vegetarian Orange County bus driver has been suspended for, as he views it, refusing to hurt a cow.

Add Geller Report on Google Bear in mind that Costco was completely reasonable. The Muslim cashier refused to check out people with alcohol and pork, and so they transferred him to another position. That should have been sufficient. But he is suing. Apparently he wants Costco to have to check-out lines, one for Muslims and...

I was under the impression that FFLs were required to do any and all legal transfers under terms of their license.

Would the transfer be ok if you were to use the exact same rifle for long range precision competitions?

BTW: we're down in Fremont and happy to help if we can.

If they sell hand guns they have to do ptp transfer but what do you mean doing ffl for you .you want him to order a rifle for you ?

Exactly! Like someone already said, people use ARs for hunting too.. This turns into a slippery slope very easily.

I will PM you what I am looking for and hopefully you can help me out. I drive back and forth from Martinez to Sunnyvale all the time so it would be pretty convenient for me.

Yes. I was hoping he would give me some recommendations of sites I can order from and then they would FFL.

Sounds good - shoot us an email though if possible: sales@ugimports.com

If we can source your rifle at a good price great, if not, we'll handle the transfer no problem.

                          Thanks,

Guns a lingerie. Sounds like a trip I should plan.

Wait, I'm not sure that came out the way I meant it...

That's absurd. Never heard of that happening before. Great store to avoid!
