I'm inconsistent. Sometimes I don't shoot for months on end... Other times I'm going almost every weekend. I've taken new 1911's out to the range with 1k rounds of .45acp that's what I call a "hard brake in". Usually it will be 300-500 rounds of .556 or maybe 200-300 rounds of 7.62x51 for my carbine fix. Or 200-500 rounds of .45 acp for my 1911 fix. Keep shooting! Happy holidays Calgunners!

I tend to dry fire more than I live fire. And when I do live fire, it's with issued ammo.

Then the occasional range trips usually with family and friends for fun.

Nope. But you certainly sound like a Certificate Chaser to validate yourself by throwing out the names of people you paid to be around for 1-3 days at a time. Since when is private training you paid for a credential? A close friend is very similar. So many different schools and so little time to work on the learned skills he falls flat on his face clearly reflected in every AAR he writes. The kid just doesnt get it.
