Thanks for that. I already have your Hammerhead grips on three of my ARs so......I am clearly already a fan. Didn't know about the DOJ thing.

I went with the Magpul fixed carbine stock. Seemed like one of the cheaper options for going featureless.

I got a couple MMG 2nds also today. They were too tight, had to boil some water and put the end that bolts on in it for a little bit, then they went right on. I like them.

I'm thinking of tapping in a screw into the buffer tube. The first notch exposed will block the movement of the stock. The screw will hold tight into the metal tube, no plastic is drilled.

I expect to see the self tapping screws as another option for those wanting to keep their existing stocks.

I used windex and elbow grease. Nice grip. Wish it had storage though.

It's an ACE stock and I bought several from MidwayUSA

You have to buy the Tube separately.

                          The stock:

                          The tube:

And, you have to buy the spring and buffer as well.

Personally I don't use the foam sleeve. This is a strong, light weight set up.

                          Be well

Thanks Oceanbob, will look into that as one of my options for featureless

Will the buffer and spring that came with my BCM mid length rifle work, or do I have to purchase a different spring and buffer? Thanks in advanced
