I took the fighting pistol class through them back in '08. It was a fantastic class and they definitely stressed safety above all else, so the idea they'd put a photographer down range shocks me and makes me wonder if there is more to the story.

There were aspects of the course that I took that they asked us not to discuss online/with others. Not because it was some secret squirrel special skills but because you learn a lot more from the related scenarios by going into them not having already heard the punch line to the joke. Having gone through it, it makes perfect sense as to why they ask it not be spoken about.

Yes they are ex military that went operators that have plenty of battle experience and you can bring plate carriers to the class and train but you won't need them.

Well I just took the class and it is probably turn and that is from experience in the class, you train under fire so bring a ballistic kit in case your hit, this is a hard core combat course

They have a support team there so when one of the 2 guns ( back up) you brought quits working they will help get it up and running again

And the med training course you have to insert the nose airway tube all the way to see how it works and you do get a slight nose bleed

This class was only a couple months ago. Go to 1:00 mark or so.

The one thing you will do when you reach advanced pisto, rifle is that you will move on every shot and while reloading without stopping and I mean back and forth forward back and towards cover, you will not stand in the open for one second at all while fireing your weapon or loading it or your fked

Well that is absolutely retarded. It's been a while, so perhaps there has been a changing of the guard, but the people who taught the class I took(James yeager was one of them) never did anything like that and were very forward about their stances on safety that would make me never expect to see that kind of behavior at any of their classes.

Well one of the videos I linked earlier was Yeager defending having a camera man there in 2009, so apparently he changed his stance on the matter real quick after you took a class from him.

Hmm. There is absolutely no reason for someone to be downrange in a class like that. It serves ZERO purpose.

The fate of the wounded rest in the hands of the ones who apply the first dressing.

                                Was the cameraman armed?
