          Other states enjoy the rights enumerated in the BOR as we don't have ****wads talking about more "reasonable and common sense" gun laws...we have instead a state constitutional amendment that prevents that stupidity.

          California has restrictions since it has a Demo / Libtard / Progressive legislature elected by Californians...simple as that.
