Not to sure. I kept my distance but I have mics in my ear protection so I was able to hear quite a bit. He was talking about all you have to do is fill out a Form 1.

Your title is very misleading. At that point it wasn't a "solvent trap", it was a suppressor.

ultimately its their responsibility to know the law and understand that its illegal. on the other hand, marketers who push mag magnets, solvent traps, etc are really being somewhat deceptive when they advertise.

if you feel like being nice, you might want to quietly pull such people aside and let them know they may want to look into the details on the legality of such devices as they are poorly advertised.
