A fellow musician just asked that question. How would you answer him?

I'm thinking..

Guns protect my family.
Guns are my right.
I like target shooting.
I like hunting and eating what I hunt.
Guns are fun.
Guns are a hobby.
Lots of people serving in law enforcement and the military are also musicians.

Ask him how can he be a lover of freedom yet still be a liberal democrat socialist. The two are mutually exclusive.

Cite these examples:

A democrat put natural born American citizens into concentration camp without due process during WW2.

Still waiting for him to reply to my post. It may never come. But I'm ready to mention that I also do musical instrument repairs for local county sheriffs in my music repair business. Lots of LEOs play guitar.

I just can't let someone throw something out there like this and let it go unchallenged.
