What's the best .45?

My father had a Colt 1911 .45. This was the first handgun I ever fired. Anyone familiar with a 1911 knows why I fell in love with it (without needing to know anything about me). So naturally, I own a 1911 .45.

However, I want to know what ya'all think is the best .45 out there?

The best 45 ive shot was a gun i dont own. And cant buy. It was a HK USP 45 Elite. Longslide ported barrel......funny looking o-ring on the tip of the barrel. NASA technology i think. It could shoot better than me and felt like a .22! I think they dont make them anymore. One of my best friends owns one.......

Next to that: my Springfield Armory. 45 Longslide. I still own.

The best one, is whatever one works for you. I've got my Ultra CDP II, a Colt Commander, and a HiPoint .45 carbine.

best 45 handgun I have had so far is a SVI sight tracker with a 5" barrel


My brother has a heirloom precision 1911 worked over by yost which is a close second
