Frankly, I'm counting on Germany to be the one Western European country (along with some of the former Soviet states) who will be meet the threat of ISIS force of arms with their own force of arms. The Nazis aside, German militarism ran deep for centuries and may end up being sorely needed in a soft western Europe that has no stomach to save itself.

ISIS is going to go after the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal, Spain and part of France) as well as Italy, Greece, Russia, Turkey and Balkans (all of which at one time or another fell by the sword to the forces of Islam and therefore, they believe, are theirs for eternity). Of those countries, which ones do think will fight? Maybe some of the Balkans and probably the Russians. The rest are just going to roll over and convert to worshiping a pedophile. Hell, Turkeys already a Muslim country so that's a no brainer.

Yep, just like every other empire.

Interesting point about the Iberian peninsula. The Spanish are quite independent thinking people though. I do wonder how much it would take for them to "have enough". Spain has a history with Muslim invaders. I can't imagine this is not on their mind.

Just like how our Constitution should be looked as a rag because it was written by a bunch of rich old white slave owners who refused to check their privilege, right? Britain was the greatest nation since the Roman Empire and only lost that title because the United States of America came along, which England also had a hand in mind you.

Don't they teach world history at your Revcom meetings?

Correct. In that case, it's simple political influence. You've got money? You've got political influence. The same thing happened here in Calif. in regards to CCWs--only the most politically-connected could get CCWs.

              ---

Taken to the next level, classism is also behind the new move towards mass disarmament.

The elites are scared the masses will rise up and do the whole pitchforks and torches thing when the global economy collapses under too much debt. An economic collapse that they created by spending public money too fast and printing money and pouring all of it into Wall St. rather than distributing that money out into the public at large. We 99% will be left holding the collective "bill" for their hyper-devalued currency but won't have gotten to see any of the benefits like record-setting prices on Picassos or Manhattan/London real estate.

Disarming the public is key to the elites' personal safety. They know that they will (rightly) be blamed for the crash.

Hence the surge in demand for private remote hideaways complete with airstrips and onsite security:

Hedge fund managers are buying up remote ranches and land in places like New Zealand to flee to in event of wide-spread civil unrest

Yeah, when Pakistanis can form child-rape camps with impunity, you know your country's lost.

A story of rampant child abuse—ignored and abetted by the police—is emerging out of the British town of Rotherham. Until now, its scale and scope would have been inconceivable in a civilized country. Its origins, however, lie in something quite ordinary: what one Labour MP called "not wanting to rock the multicultural community boat."

Way to go Britain--I laugh a little in derision whenever I see a British gun-control nut lecture us Americans about our "backwards love of guns" when they weren't brave enough to speak up about the child-rape camps.

He loves the USA and has observed the gun control push here just as it occurred in England. He served in the British Army in the Middle East, but upon returning to England faced extreme restrictions on his access to and use of firearms.

He said no British citizen, even military firearm experts, can possess a firearm. All firearms are owned by kept at a certified gun club where only members have access. Conversely, crooks are all armed with weapons from European sources including full automatic guns. The danger to the English police is very extreme, he said. He feels the situation is absurd and out of control. His observations of the U. S. firearm trends parallel what happened in his country.

All of this raised the question in my mind:

WHY DO WASHINGTON POLITICIANS FEAR ARMED AMERICAN CITIZENS AND WHAT PLANS TO THEY WANT TO IMPLEMENT CONTRARY TO THE WISHES OF THE CITIZENRY?

I don't know about that... They caved pretty quickly after the 2004 train bombings and pulled their troops out of Iraq.

For a real treat and some interesting reading, look into how Harry Truman killed the British Empire after WW II. Ever wonder why the British were still on food rations until the 60s? Roosevelt had every intention of forgiving the UKs war debt once the war was over, Truman had no such intention and called their loans due almost immediately. The Truman, and to some extent Ike's, Administration put all the nails in the British Empires Coffin and then shoved it in the hole, and filled it with dirt all in the name of hating "Imperialism".

Since we as a country never seem to learn the lessons of history, there are many who expect the Chinese to do the same to us someday soon.

The Rag you speak of was written for exactly the reasons I stated above. How many Americans did the Brits kill? If you rather live under the rule of an Empire feel free, but don't expect much freedom unless your a member of the Ruling Class. You must have taken the PC History Class or are a Brit.
