Care to cite a law or penal code?

I think what he did break was the more recent ruling that one must do it at home and with their own tools/equipment.

I would really love to read that hypothetical article. You should write it as a counter-point and try to get it to run.

That guy should do an in-depth article on making gay porn and get fully involved. He'd probably like it.

Police say John Zawahri, who killed five people in a rampage last week, assembled an assault rifle out of parts he bought from different sources

With that said, homemade guns like that used in crimes are extremely rare.

I posted about Wired not too long ago. A few guys agreed with us but one douchebag attacked me and started defending Wired for... who knows what reason.

So, he went from his state of residence in New York to CA (San Francisco, of course) to build a gun. Isn't that a federal felony? Frankly, I'd love to see him prosecuted, if that's the case. They advocate for tougher and more moronic gun laws - well, let them learn how easy it is to break one without even realizing you did anything wrong.
This. And lol at someone actually petty enough to hop on a plane from NY to SF just to do something like this...

i haven't been able to comprehend why people feel the government needs to know about every firearm someone owns

will there come a day when my hammers require a serial number

i think there is a huge misconception that if the firearm isn't registered, the, it HAS to for illegal purposes only

reminds me of the old "well if you have nothing to hide" mantra...register your gun

makes me believe that people have no idea the role government should play in a free society

The whole thing about all guns being registered is obsurd, like cars being registered prevents drunk drivers or fatal crashes.

Well; I'd love him to be proven wrong about it being legal...

If criminals wanted to use "untraceible" guns then they wouldn't by a mill for thousands of $$$ .. they would just use a drill to remove the serial number from a stolen or straw-bought lower..

It's like banning the .50 BMG.. when it's NEVER been used in any crime..
